From May 30th to June 1st, 2025, LANCO’s European teams came together once again for our annual team-building event, this time set in the astonishing Cheile Grădiștei region, right in the heart of Romania. Colleagues from Romania, Germany, France, Italy, and Norway gathered to strengthen bonds, relax, and have some fun outside the usual work setting.
The highlight of the weekend was a unique team challenge where each group built a chain reaction. The goal was to connect each team’s chain so it formed one smooth, working system. This activity perfectly mirrored our daily work life, where each department needs to do its part well, but also pass their work to the next team to keep things moving. Despite a small hiccup along the way, the teams pulled together, and the system finally triggered a confetti pop, celebrating our success.
This hands-on experience reminded us how important communication and collaboration are in everything we do. It showed us that when we work closely and support each other, we can overcome challenges and create something amazing together.
By the end of the weekend, it was clear that these moments of connection and teamwork will help us in our daily work. We’re coming back to the office not just as colleagues, but as a stronger, more united team ready to make a difference together.
